Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit the website and read our returns and refunds policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a refund and return the products easily and quickly, in compliance with the current regulations on the right of withdrawal. You can return the products by notifying your intention within 14 working days from the delivery date of the order.

In case the product is damaged or defective and this is not due to causes attributable to the courier, you can request a replacement with the same ordered product. In this case, it is necessary to return the damaged product within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to availability. All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

If your order is not yet in the delivery phase, you can contact us to cancel it and receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, if the product is already in the preparation or delivery phase, the order cannot be canceled anymore. You will need to proceed with the return once you have received the product. The refund will be made via credit card reimbursement, bank transfer, or PayPal. To specify your desired refund method, please send an email to reclaim@kingoftruffles.com. Please note that partial returns will result in partial refunds.

King of Truffles will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer is communicated, upon receipt of the return shipment and verification of the condition of the goods subject to withdrawal. The time required to see the refund reflected in the bank account or PayPal will depend on the payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase. Please note that confirmed orders cannot be modified.
