Black Truffle Golden Bruschetta
Ingredients for 4 people
– 4 slices of homemade bread
– 120g of fresh black truffle
– 1 bunch of parsley
– 1 anchovy fillet
– 1 clove of garlic
– 150g of butter
– extra virgin olive oil with black truffle to taste
Preparation
Wash and dry the parsley, then chop it together with the anchovy fillet and garlic.
Next, heat the butter in a non-stick pan and brown everything.
Meanwhile, clean the fresh truffle with a brush to remove any soil residues.
Brush the sides of the bread slices with oil (or truffle oil) and toast them on both sides in the oven.
Now cover the ready bread slices with the mixture of parsley, anchovy, and garlic previously browned.
Finally, use a truffle slicer to create thin slices of truffle and place them on top of the bread slices.
Enjoy the bruschetta either hot or cold!
